Our Mission

The Texas Medical-Legal Report was conceived as a way to provide relevant and timely legal information to health care providers in an understandable, easy to read format, free of political and other bias. The information is derived from the Texas legislature, federal law, court cases, regulatory issues, licensure and disciplinary developments.

The Report was founded by two practicing Texas attorneys with over 40 years combined experience. Through its Seminar division, training is provided to health care providers and their advisors. Current seminar topics include HIPAA and medical records. Training can be customized to the needs of the organization, and provided on-site if desired.

The Seminar division also provides HIPAA compliance audits, remediation, and consulting on HIPAA transactions.
